**Swiss Model 1882 Service Revolver
7.5mm 1882 Ordnance. 4.49" barrel length. SN: 23309. Blued metal finish with straw colored small parts mounting two piece wood grips with vertical grasping grooves. Double action six-shot loading gate revolver with octagonal barrel and featuring topstrap rear notch and front bead sights. Serial numbers match where observable. Item show standard Swiss {Cross} inspection marks along with {Cross/M} stamp and {Cross/WF} stamp to left frame. {C&R}

Condition
Very Good. Bore is Very Bright with crisp rifling and some spots of oil residue and some pitting at mid length. Some light edgewear overall with muzzle wear, some scattered light scratches, and loss of finish on the face of the trigger. Grips with some light dents and mars. Action shows good timing with some wiggle on two chambers. Item retains a layer of preservative grease throughout.
